Breanna Tolbert
Breanna Tolbert is an attorney, with a robust background in business and real estate. She holds a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where she received Pro Bono Legal Honors and was inducted into the prestigious Order of Barristers. Breanna also demonstrated her leadership skills as an Executive Board Member of both Moot Court and the Corporate and Business Law Association.
Breanna is a VA Accredited Attorney and a licensed Ohio Real Estate Salesperson with extensive experience in the industry.
Breanna is dedicated to advancing legal education, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Moot Court at Capital University Law School. She also directs the American Moot Court Association Regional Competition, reflecting her passion for mentoring future legal professionals and contributing to the academic community.
Her legal career encompasses a wide range of expertise, including drafting corporate contracts, forming complex business structures, handling property transactions, and overseeing licensing and governance programs. Her background also includes experience in the sports management industry, where she worked with sports agents to secure brand deals and develop marketing opportunities for athletes.
Outside of work, Breanna enjoys spending time with her two dogs and participating in various outdoor activities. Breanna also volunteers at the VA Hospital through Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio.
